360 Marketing Campaign Strategy + Copy

As the owner and operator of Pinot’s Palette in Glenview, IL, I led all branding and marketing efforts for this small business franchise over a 3-year period. This case study showcases a multichannel, 360 marketing campaign strategy designed to increase class bookings, build brand loyalty, and drive local visibility. I developed and executed a content calendar that included branded content, promotional design, social media strategy, and SEO blog writing. Deliverables featured marketing collateral design and copy, performance-optimized email campaigns, event promotion materials, and branded copy for both digital and print assets. I also created and managed paid social advertising through Google and Facebook Ads, applying audience targeting, campaign goal setting, and performance analytics to refine results. From crafting the brand positioning to optimizing lead generation, this project demonstrates my ability to combine creative direction with data-driven strategy to deliver results across multiple channels.
